Check all your vacuum hoses for holes or softness. If they are soft they might be leaking. If you can get a can of choke cleaner, spray around all your throttle body and anywhere there is a gasket fot the intake system. That includes the manifold. If the idle changes you've found your leak. For the blower motor check all your grounds, there should be one from battery to body, engine, engine to body, etc. Make sure they are clean. If you disconnect any of them you will need to reset all your radio stuff. Also clean the battery cables at the battery
