1996 Dodge Diesel wont start

I have a 1996 Dodge Diesel 3500 2wd and it would start ok but here the other day it will crank over but will not start at all.

"check the fuel shut off solenoid. This controles the valve that feeds fuel to high pressure pump onthe drivers side of engine. Possible bad wire"
