WHAT DO YOU THINK COULD BE THE PROBLEM WITH MY 1998 DODGE STRATUS IF IT CONSTANTLY DIES AT LOW SPEEDS OR RPM(FOR EXAMPLE SAY IM DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD AT 35 MPH AND COME TO A STOP SIGN AND AS I COME TO A STOP THE CAR DIES. BUT HAS NO PROBLEM STARTING BACK UP?)

Try disconnecting the TCC solenoid and see what happens.

Its inside the transmission contain within the (valve body) which is the heart of the transmission
