1996 Dodge Stratus No Spark on Fourth Cylinder

My 1996 Dodge Stratus does not have spark on the fourth cylinder. Can this be attributed to faulty Coil Pack or PCM module? Is there a way to test this before I start buying parts?

Test the wire, also move the coil around and see what happens-

Just to let you know, it was faulty coil pack. Got one from the wrecker and the car is running again. Thanks for your help.
