1996 Dodge Stratus No fire from the ignition coil

1996 Dodge Stratus 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive

I have replaced the ignition coil, relay, and there is still no fire from the ignition coil. Cranks over but wont start

Same problem here except I replaced the crank and cam sensors, coil pack, and MAP sensor.
