Does you car have a timing belt or chain. Motors that have belts use the belt to drive the distributor, along with the water pump, and cam shaft, causing it to turn. I suspected the timing belt (if equipped with one) has broken and this is the reason way the rotor does not spin. Good luck Backyardmechanic :(
