Dodge Ram will not start need help?

Ok my 99 dodge ram 1500 with the v6 in it bought it off my neighbor been sitting for close too a year but anyways it will crank but not start rotor cap plug wires spark plugs and coil were replaced I have abort 50 psi fuel pressure and the tricky part is that it will start every now and again on the first try then not again until the next day really confuse so please help

Scan for codes and chek fuses underhood

Check fuel pressure with agauge also forgot to put that in autoparts rent it. Should be 44-54 psi activatedby scanner with key on engine off.
