I have problem codes p0031 and p0037 showing on my dodge ram 1500. I replaced two 02 sensors. The one before the cat converter and the one after the cat. The engine light went off for about 70 miles then returned. This problem also causes my engine to shudder at random times like it is starving for fuel. I'm not sure if this is related to the problem codes or not. Can anybody tell me what to do next. I have already replaced the 02 sensors.

Do you have access to a scan tool with graphing function? Maybe an oscilioscope?

Or at bare minimum do you have a good digital multimeter.
