1998 Dodge Ram does not shift

The transmission works fine when you first start driving however when it warms up it no longer wants to shift out of 1st

There have been no warning lights and everything seems to be fine otherwise.

It could be a couple things causing this. I hate to say it, but you need to have the trans control module (TCM) checked.
