Electrical problem
1985 Other Dodge Models V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 95000 miles

Operating vehicle and without warning engine stopped, windows won't roll up, signals will not operate, radio will not work; battery good (checked with voltmeter); fuses good, headlights work.

Morning before this happened, left front high beam surged and blew out -- could this be associated? Voltage regulator?

What could cause this? Ignition switch maybe? Replaced ECU; waiting to replace EGR delay modules (60 sec. &Amp; 90 sec.) Any ideas?

Sounds more like a battery cable problem or main fuse. Remove and clean BOTH cables remove negative first and replace it last! Check that negative at the block ground as well!
