I have a 95 dodge 3500 van with a 5.9
only after the van has been sitting for 6 to 8 hours when you go to start it the check engine light will not come on and it will crank but not start. I have no spark and no gas when tihs is happening. After a while of cranking the fuel cut off relays will start to click and the check engine light will flash dim at first then brighter when it comes on steady the engine will start and the van will run normaly the rest of the day.

If it has factory security system could be the problem. They cut off fuel and starter!
