Heater problem
2002 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 146000 miles

When I turn my heater on low, it blows hot air, when I turn my heater on high it blows cold air. I already changed the termostat, and I took apart my dashboard and checked the control. I dont think its my heater core, because I have no leaks, and it does blow hot air on low. Does anyone know how to fix?

thanks

Does your car use electric actuators for the blend door? I have seen a Chevy do that due to a weak actuator motor and when on High, would actually push the blend door over to cool. Worth looking at. Does the engine run at correct temp?
