2002 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Manual? Miles

The car lost power as it was driven and then just died. When you try and start it, it turns over but will not start. Alternator is good, and their is fuel getting to the injectors. What else do I check? The dash flashes fuse when you turn it over, but the fuses were checked and are good.

Check timing belt
check if you have spark out at the plug wires
check if the fuel pump running and if fuel pressure
