2002 Dodge Neon Car not starting - won't fire

Was driving car, had just filled up with gas from Sheetz - drove 23.3 miles on new tank of gas. Went over a small bump in road, car lost all acceleration - foot was on gas pedal, gas pedal to the floor but no acceleration. Engine then dies, car continued to coast. Have lights, radio, but engine won't fire. Makes some noise when attempting to start but sounds like no spark getting into plugs, and engine won't catch. Any suggestions?

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, coil's resistances, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it.
