2000 Dodge Neon engine quits

I was cruising when suddenly my car just went dead. I immediately pulled to the side and re-started the car. Though the instrument lights lit up, the engine just won't crank nor the starter won't crank at all. Tried to start it several times but, to no avail. Upon inspection, I noticed oil in two spark plug well. Bob

I had the same problem just a few days ago. My ASD (Automatic Shut Down) Relay was energizing about a second after I started cranking. After I replaced it the car has not stalled out since.
