Shut off while driving down the road?

Someone please help us. Last month my husband was driving down the road in our 97 dodge neon that has 167,000 miles on it, and everything died except the radio. He lost all power. Our friend towed it home and to this day the thing still wont start. The computer was replace, the coil was replaced, the cam sensor was replace, all fuses where checked. What now. Please someone help. I know that we should have to hook up to diagnostics but we are trying to solve problem our selves and save the money. Please any help would be wonderful. Thanks
