1995 Dodge Neon power steering quit

Belt has been replaced work good fot 10 min then burnt new belt and has quit working completely now

Have you determined which pulley is siezed yet? Romove the belt and spin the pulleys, they should all spin, except the crank. If you find the pump is not turning, you will need to change it.
