When I turn the wheel right or left it turns that direction easy, but then it pulls pull the steering wheel pulls that direction after it turns in the wheels squeal squeaks like they are low whatever direction. If I turn it left it will turn left easy but then when I get to the finish of the turn it has a hard pull to the left then the wheel also screeches screeches and if I do it right it does not put the right.

Check front end alignment and wheel bearing something may also be rubbing as well. One other thing is to check tire pressure as well.

The power steering cooler slow leak fix that but in fixing that one of the holes is rubbed up against the exhaust manifold. Inspiron Alik had to drive it and thirty miles fix that problem added power steering fluid but three days later it started doing this where I will turn it to the right and it pulls after I make the turn and it makes the tire squeal they do not squeal any other time but when I turn them when I turned him not like when the car is doing a turn when I turn it with the steering wheel.

Check what I said and also look for rust in rotor unless you are talking about the pump making noise which would leave me to believe there is air in system causing that. To fix that you turn to lock hold for thirty seconds then turn to lock other way do same and repeat cycle ten times then check fluid level.
