My brakes have a rhythmic tapping noise coming from under the passenger side front tire. Can it be the brakes need to be changed?

Hello,

Do you hear the noise when you apply the brake? Or does it happen as you drive down the road?
Noisy brake typically means the brakes need to be serviced. Usually brake pads replacement and resurfacing the rotors (or replace the rotors if they are bellow specification).
You should first inspect the brakes for the pad thickness and make sure nothing is loose and making the noise.
Many times the brake anti-rattle clip can come loose and make noise.

Thank you.
