Air Conditioning problem
2001 Dodge Intrepid 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 138k miles

Seems that my mixer door is stuck. It use to only come out the dash and no defrost now I got deforst to work but now cannot get it to go back into the dash or cabin vents. I seems that the mixer door may be stuck trying to so if there may be an easy way to get at it and move it. I have All Data but it does not seem to have enough info about the the ducting.

If you have control over the temo of air coming out, it isn't the blend door. What you have described sounds like a vacuum leak under the dash. Vent doors are actuated by vacuum. If it is too low, you lose control of where the air goes.

Check for leaks and let me know what you find.
