Sounds like a bad blower motor, they usually will come on when hit or when you drive over bumps like you describe. You can find full instructions on how to replace it here

https://www.2carpros.com/kpages/auto_repair_manuals.htm

fully printable so you can take it out to the car with you if need be

Disconnect negative battery cable
Remove the lower right under panel duct
Remove blower motor connector from resistor block
Remove blower motor housing cover
Remove blower motor retaining screws

Before doing this, check the connector at the resistor to be sure it isnt melted, I have seen this in Jeeps and they use the same connectors

Thanks for a quick answer. I would need a picture guide to do it. Which screws to open. Which parts to open. How they look like. I tried to open passenger side dash board. But could not fully open it. I saw that I had to open middle part of the dashboard to open right side and I didn't know how to open middle part.

So I would really need a service manual kind of guide where it shows all part and screws and what to open and how to do it.

Thanks again. I really appreciate all the help.

My software doesnt have any pics of the procedure. I do believe the ducts are under the pass side dash that need to be removed. Should be a big plastic shield to remove first

I was able to remove glove compartment. There was a big plastic shidld under it. I removed a lot of screws and it came off from right side but left side was still under the middle part of dashboard. Which would not come off without opening middle part. And I could not find a way to open middle part.

Thats why I said that I would need a service manual kind of step by step guide with pics.

If u don't have it. I hope someone can jump in a provide it.

So far what I believe is that motor connector have some dust or rust in it which needed to be cleaned.

I saw a connector when I was able to partically remove right side. But could not get my hands to it because of tight space.
