The problem is when I put the a/c on it blows hot air like the heater is on. Once in a while when we put the heat up all the way I would get cold air. Now it doesnt matter what temp I put it on I get hot air.

Try pulling fuse for 60 seconds with key on and see if it resets don't move any controls if not see if it is getting power or not then. It can also be a broken blend door as well.

If this is auto temp control where you set the temperature it has to be scanned by a pro. I cannot find that code in our manual.

I looked in the paperback manual that I have and it said to set the ac on 75 and hold down the last 3 selectors for 3 seconds and it would blink for 30 sec. Then a code would come up.23 is what came up

That code means the blend door failure which could be the door, actuator or something else because it's auto temp control. It may be another sensor causing the actuator to ask for heat instead of cool. In future mention if it is auto temp control or not. Do the test in the 2 pics it will tell you if it is the body module or blend door actuator.
