I went to drive my car one day and it would not start but it was working earlier that day and I do have problems with it such as 5 out of 6 cylinders are misfiring on it has been that way for about a month and it is not the starter, it has power and is not the alternator so I do not know what it could be. I was trying to find out if there was a way to get the like problem codes from the computer without the actuall scanner hooked up. If you know please let me know I really appreciate it.

Hi:
It sounds like there is an electrical problem most likely being caused by a sensor or the need of a tune up. As far as checking the computer, you need a scanner to get the codes. Most of the nationally recognized parts stores will do it for free, but if the car doesn't start, thats the next problem.
