My blower fan is not working can you help?

Right next to the blower is the blower resistor, unplug the connector, check for power, it will turn out to be the resistor, blower, or the switch, in that order.

Will the blower run on high only, if so it is the resister. The resister is located under the dash on the front9facing the seat) of the heater asy.

Not correct! Resistor can be blown even when the blower wont work at all.

Possible causes of an inoperative front or rear blower motor include:
Faulty fuse.
Faulty blower motor circuit wiring or wire harness connectors.
Faulty blower motor resistor.
Faulty blower motor relay.

Check these and let me know
