2002 Dodge Dakota it shift into first at about 2900 RPM

Hi, my 2002 dakota 3.9. Want to shift into first at about 2900 rpm, I have replace the transduce-pressure s and the solenoid, also trasmission filter and oil, and still hard to shift into first. Mileage 164100 can you help me?

Has the trans control module (TCM) been checked? Has the check engine light come on?

Yes the check engine light come on.I took it, to autozone and got code P0601. Can you tell-me were is the TCM, and the part number? Thank you for your help.
