When my truck is cold or even just sat for 30 minutes or so, it will not go when you step on the gas pedal. It seems like it gets bogged down like it is choking. Then, if you stop, shut off the truck and restart, it will run perfectly. The on board computer does not show any codes as to what is wrong. Can you help me?

THis is a tough one. It doesn't sound fuel related. Without a code, anything I say will be a guess. My gut tells me you have a bad temp sensor. It tells the computer how rich to make the fuel mixture based on ambient temp.
