It makes no sound when trying to start

Engine Mechanical problem
1994 Dodge Dakota 6 cyl Automatic

truck would not start, wont make a sound, battery and starter tested good, replaced starter relay and ignition switch but still will not start I am on fixed income and cannot borrow any money from anyone and dont know anyone who can help please any help in any way is greatly appreciated

Hi:
Have a helper turn the key to the start position while you check the smaller wire on the starter for voltage. You should have 12 volts to it. If you do, the solenoid is most likely bad. How was the starter tested? Was it on the car or off?
