Rear wheels locked

Just had rear tire replaced. Mechanic looked at rear brakes. No issues. 2 hr late rear wheels locked up can't move car. Dodge caravan 136k mi. Ideas?

Yep, rear brakes need to be done! You will have to back off the adjusters till You can pull the drums, then you will need to loosen the adjuster levers, they usually freeze, and more than likly you will have to replace the snap ring.
