Air Conditioning

I have a 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan with 117000 miles with a 3.3 engine and the first 3 speeds on my air conditioning do not operate, it only works on the 4th speed which is very uncomfortable and noisy.

Things to be checked. Blower resister blower relay switch fuses ans wiring....

Resistor block, under dash behind the glove. Could be burnt, rusted, corroded.
