2002 Dodge Caravan SE heater problem

2002 Dodge Caravan SE turn on heater nothing comes on, checked fuses under hood, heater blower fuse was blown put in another one turned car on tried turning on heater. Nothing checked fuse agian blown again. Have any idea to do what next.

Either a short in the wiring or short in a component. How are your electrical troubleshooting skills?

No skills at diagnosing electrical problems. Any help would be appreciated. You think it could be the relay switch. Any digrams on this would help too.

I don't have a wiring diagram on that one, but it would only add to the list of "maybe it's this" without doing any testing. My electrical skills are weak. It maybe be a relay as you say or resistor or switch or wiring between. My guess is the blower motor.
