1991 Dodge Caravan no heat

Had system flush new thermostat, new heat controler installed but still no heat. Could it be the water pump for poor circulation or the heater core being pluged.

Yes its possible. But also make sure that u bleed the coolant system./Radiator. Air pockets can equal no heat.
