Wife filled her van with gas + - 5 gallons and approx 30 min later started acting up, tried dry gas, injector cleaner added known good fuel, replaced fuel filter, (tested fuel pressure, turned key on 53-57psi, started engine and gauge went to 60 psi and bounced steady around 60psi, ) engine starts pretty easy and runs for a minute or so then idle surges up and down in short consistant cycle then stalls, engine will run erratic if you hold @ high rpm and moveable with foot on gas and brake, seems like it is starving for fuel? I cannot locate fuel pressure regulator?
( don't know if this helps but this is flex fuel vehicle)
been tinkering with this for few days know and am getting exhausted, any help suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Engine running rough or misfiring can be cause by the following:

1. Defective spark plug
2. Inadequate spark/coil, defective spark plug wire.
3. Lack of compression
4. False air leakage.
5. Faulty fuel injectors.
6. Insufficient fuel pressure.
7. Contaminated fuel.
8. EGR valve that is leaking.
9. Oxygen sensors.
10. Throttle position sensor.
11. Idle air control valve.
