Have no Idea why-when I turn on my turn signal, the lights go off on the dashboard?

This just started, we have no idea why-when I turn on my turn signal, the lights go off on the dashboard, speedometer quits working, fuel gauge quits, everything. The turn signal does not work at all. It happens if we push the hazard light too. What could be the problem?

This happens when the IPM goes out, here is how to replace it which is easy because it self learns. Check out the images (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
