Electrical problem
2001 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive

My left turn signal does not blink. The bulb lights up when the parking lights are on and I know that it is not the bulb because I switched it with the right and it works fine in the right side. Also the back blinker works fine. It is just the front left blinker.

May be the socket which the bulb is placed is not working. See if your license plate lamp is ok, if it is its the socket, wiring or it uses a module, that may be bad. Try swapping the front sockets. Or the brown wire is its ground. IT is brown with a tan tracer. The 2001 were the first big change to your front end lighting. It is run pretty wild. So if the license plate light is out it may be affecting it.
