Hello,
I am a little frazzled and HOT ! I have a 2001 Dodge Caravan 83000 miles that wont cool. The air conditioner has only worked on high for a few months now. I took it to the dealer and they replaced the switch. About 6 weeks later same problem and of course, now the warranty is gone. Well today after having a flat tire and stranded on the side of the road for over a hour in 97 degree temps. With 3 kids, the air conditioner stopped working completely. Does anyone have any ideas on the problem or any suggestions on how to fix it?

Most chrysler dealerships give a one year warrenty on parts and labor. I would call chrysler corperation and file a complaint. There should be a number in your owners manual. Take it to a different dealership and tell them what the other one did. They all want to make the others look bad. Good luck
