1999 Dodge Caravan

My van won`t start I have had the battery tested, starter, alternator and they are all good but something is also killing the battery. One I jump it off it will run, but as soon as I switch egine off it will now start up again and the relays under the hood along with the relays thats under inside panel. What makes it do that?

If its only start with a jump
than I would suspect a bad battery and or battery terminals
check that
