1998 Dodge Caravan possible fuse

Hi:
When you say all the gauges froze, do you mean they have returned to their start position and no longer work or did they freeze at the position they were in when you were driving?

What to do is check the fuses (driver's side under dash). If they are ok, with a flash light, check under the dash (toward the insturment panel) for loose connections or broken wires. If you find nothing, you may need to have the BCM checked.
