Thank you first of all for your noble public service:

Prob started with wipers going off without my help. Even with switch off, they would just randomly start and keep going for 15-20 times. Then stop on their own. Replaced wiper motor and also the multi-function switch. Did not solve the prob and the mechanic received his justified berating. He then did a "complete" electrical test and suggested body computer module - BCM. Strangley enough, the wiper prob seems to have gone by now - only to recur very rarely.

Then, a few days ago, battery light turned on while driving on highway. Stopped at at shopping center, turned car off for a while, when restrated, battery light was gone and has not reappeared since. However, now I occassionally see my odometer and shift indicators flicker as well as the fan speed. While parking at my office this morning, the radio just died for a moment, and ABS light came on. I have by now done the "TRIP" + "RESET" + ignitian on test and found no error/fault code to return. Took to dealer, they did a thorough diagnostic of computer, and came back with "no active code". They say they can't find anything wrong, and to bring back car when the problem is active. Since this happens off and on, it is kind of hard to duplicate the prob in their presence.

Any ideas? Could this be battery/corroted posts/cables? Thank you.

As for the wipers I would suspect for sure the BCM
battery light issue 1st check charging system
if to combine the radio and ABS light I would suspect an ignition switch
so I would start by checking the ignition switch and replace if out of spec.
