Transmission won't leave 2nd. No check engine light

Had transmission solenoid pack replaced 6 months ago for same issue. At first, when the engine/tran were cold it would shift okay but after it warmed up and I had to stop then it wouldn't go beyond 2nd. Is this the solenoid pack again or some other issue?

Without a check engine light, it is hard to say. As far as staying in 2nd, that is limp mode. It is a feature to help protect the trans and get you home. Have you had the computer scanned? If not, I would recommend having it done to see if there is a code stored.
