HOW DO I REMOVER THE BELT TENSIONER I HAVE THE BOLTS OUT I THINK THERE ARE 3 ONE THROUGH THE ALT. ONE DOWN THE BOTTOM AND ONE IN THE BACK IS THERE ANOTHER OR A DIAGRAM FOR THIS THAT I CAN SEE

Are you referring to the spring-loaded pulley? It only has one 15 mm nut to remove from the backside of the mounting bracket. It sounds like you're trying to remove the entire bracket. The alternator and its bolts have nothing to do with the tensioner.
