1996 Dodge Caravan water pump

I wanted to know if you can tell me how to change a water pump on my 3.0 caravan? I done alot of water pumps but this one is internal. Im not sure in whats all involved. What do I need to remove to get to the pump? Do I need to reset the timing?

The timing belt must be removed to access the water pump see text & pics.
