We have a 1996 dodge grand caravan V6 3.8 engine and our radiator fans are not coming on. We have put in new radiator, replaced fuses, relay fan sensor, coolant temp. Sensor, relays, ac clutch relay, thermostat, hoses, radiator cap. Van just started overheating, noticed fans weren't coming on. Jumped started fans and they worked fine. Also check engine light is not on and scanner doesn't show any bad codes. Do you know of anything else this could be?

Hello,

It sounds like you have a wiring issue in the cooling system.
You will have to trace the wires to find the issue.
There is probably a short somewhere on the fan side.
Be sure to check the wiring harness for the fan relay, as many times it gets corroded as it is very easy for the connectors to be exposed to the element.

I have attached the cooling system wiring diagrams for your reference.

Please let me know of any questions.

Thank you.
