Radiator fans shroud broke jammed fans replaced fans no power coming to new fans if jump direct wired they work. Is there a fan relay and where? Or could the temp sensor that tells the fans to come on be bad even when the dash temp gauge is working

More than likely this is a relay issue but we need to check and make sure the PCM is turning them on. It is unlikely that the temp sensor is causing this but you can check this by monitoring the PCM data with a scan tool and seeing what the ECT sensor is reading. However, you would also have some codes if the temp sensor is out of line with the other temperature sensors when the engine is cold. So if you have no codes then it is unlikely that the sensor is the issue.

At that point, we need to replace the relay and retest.

I attached all the info below on this relay and system. Please run through this info and let us know what info you find with this.
