Dera Support,
My heater-fan speed :wink: switch only works in possitions 2, 4&5. I have tried installing a new/used fan switch and it does the same thing. Possitions 1&3 do not work.
What can I replace and where would it be located?
Thank you for your time and consideration.

Hey clowe,
It sounds like the blower motor resistor has failed. It should be located in the heater box assy, close to the blower motor. Let us know!

Hello Support,
I will do so. But I gave you the wrong engine size;
It is a 6/96 4cyl 2.8ldr. I'm not sure if that will make any difference.
Please let me know either way.
Thanks agan for your time and consideration.

Your welcome! Engine size should not matter! Let me know if you have trouble locating it on the vehicle!
