1995 Dodge Caravan lack of fuel

When you say stall, does it still run or at all? Or is it more like fuel starvation? You will need to get the fuel pressure checked and the flow rate with 1/2 tank or less of fuel, this sounds like a faulty fuel pick up in the tank, it may be sucking air when the tank is less than full, start here.
