1995 Dodge Caravan Car won't start

I have a 95 Dodge Caravan. I was driving and was slowing down and it stalled and could not get it going again. We replace the fuel filter and ignition coil. Still won't start. No spark. No power to coil. Please, please help. Thanks.

Inspect and test the automatic shutdown relay it powers the coil

How would one go about checking the relay?
Have tested where relay plugs in and with key on there is power to two of the terminals top and left, with the relay in and key on there is no power to coil
