Digital fuel gauge not lit or working

The digital fuel gauge does not light/work. The speedometer and message center both work. However, the message board is reading 0 miles to empty when the distance to empty button is pressed. It has gas. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Quick question first. Did you check all the vehicles fuses? I have attached a tutorial explaining for you. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

I have attached a step on how to test the fuel gauge illumination. You will need a voltmeter or test light. Hope this help and feel free to ask any questions. Thanks again for using 2CarPros.
