My wife's' 2004 Chrysler Pacifica Dashboard Instrument Cluster is not working. Blank. Nothing. The car starts and runs, but undrivable. What would cause this to happen? I have heard about many ways there might be a way to reset the cluster, but what is the correct way for this vehicle?

Yes, you can reset the cluster by doing a hard reboot of the system, here is a video to help.
