Cylinder 3 misfire?

180,000 MILES • 5.4L • V8 • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

I have a misfire in number 3 Bank 1. I'm asking if a hot wire can feedback if it's going over the top of ignition coil number three could it cause a misfire the hot wire being one that I put in because the fusible link broke and it's going right over the top of three.

Not really, it sound smore like the spark plug and ignition coil need to be replaced.
