Will moisture cause a intermittent problem? The sensor is new and seems to bother when it's damp or raining.

It could if it was getting into the connector, or if the sensor had a defect that allowed moisture to get into it. What is the issue when it is damp?

When I'm driving it just stalls. Over and over. When the water and oil get up to operating temperature. It's fine the rest of the day.

P0339 - Crankshaft sensor signal intermittent. I would suspect a connection issue with that code and the symptoms you have. I would check the connector for a pin fit problem, then test the wiring The Pink w yellow wire is a 5 volt feed to the sensor, it also feeds the TPS and the oil pressure sensor. The Dark blue with gray wire is the sensor ground and the brown with light blue is the sensor signal. Any of those could be the issue. With the engine cold, start it, once it shuts down then pull the connector and test to see what is missing. I sort of suspect it could be the 5 volt feed if the oil sensor is involved, they have a bad habit of failing and causing issues and it's possible it is shorting the 5 volt feed which would shut the engine down.
